Now that I’m starting to pick up a good number of readers on a daily basis, I figured there are a few things I should touch upon to maintain those of you who read this on occasion and to continue to garner a larger audience. Here goes:
1) Questions, Advice
Word Press shows me every statement, word, or phrase that is typed into search engines which lead to the link to this blog getting clicked on. Reviewing these on a daily basis, I notice which topics are most popular and most utilized by those who read this. I also notice a vast number of searches coming over in question form, which brought me to the concept of creating a weekly mailbag or advice section. If anyone who reads this has any type of baseball question they can’t find the answer to, or would like the second opinion or advice regarding a fantasy baseball issue, I’d be more than happy to at least pose my viewpoint on the issue. You can easily email me at james_odonnell_dbzs@yahoo.com or post the question under the “comments” section of any post, and I’ll do by best to respond as soon as possible.
2) Comments
Despite the all the hits and readers I’ve been getting, I find it very odd (and a little worrisome) I have yet to receive a single comment from any reader. I look forward to any kind of feedback, good or bad, so if you have a comment on any aspect of the blog, please, I’d love to see it posted.
3) Suggestions
I’m also fully open to any suggestions regarding content. If you have a topic you are too lazy to research or don’t have the time to look into yourself or are just interested in having me cover (for whatever reason), feel free to propose me to cover it as an entry. If you have suggestions regarding writing style, layout, or the format in which I blog, feel free to critique that as well.
4) Assistance
I’m always looking for help. If you’re like me, just looking for a place to write about fantasy sports and/or kill some time, let me know, I could always use a co-writer or an assistant writer. Obviously, I’m not paying anyone, I don’t garner anywhere near enough interest on this blog for any kind of financial success, but there is the growing possibility of expanding to a website in the near future. If you’re interested in writing for or with me, let me know; it seems like a good starting point to get noticed. Also, if you’re interested in editing my content for typos (since I have very little time to proofread), that would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone who is interested in expanding upon the blog, whether it be technologically or content-wise, please email me further. I’m not very computer-savvy and anyone who thinks they could help expand upon the aesthetics of the site, please let me know. If you’re interested in advertising on here (I can’t imagine why at this point) or if you’d like me to post a link to your own sports-related website, just let me know.
